I'm Martha Jinbo, a Certified Master Proofreader — and this is my second act. After more than 40 years as a high-level administrative assistant, I retired with a skill set I'd spent a lifetime sharpening: precision, accuracy, and an eye for detail that most people never develop.
Decades of managing complex documents, executive correspondence, and high-stakes communications taught me to catch the misplaced comma, the inconsistent heading, the word used twice in a sentence. When I earned my Certified Master Proofreader credential, it felt less like a new beginning and more like a natural arrival.
